Smart Energy Limited is an independent New Zealand company made up of an energetic team which thrives on the challenge presented by current and potential opportunities for renewable energy technologies.

To the New Zealand domestic market, Smart Energy offers turnkey solutions for off-grid and grid-connect onsite power generation systems, customised design of solar hot water and non-electric based central heating systems.

To the New Zealand commercial market, Smart Energy offers study of community and industry electrical use, feasibility studies investigating various renewable technologies, heat recovery options and design, supply and installation of on-site generation systems.

To the international market, Smart Energy offers a proven track record of design, supply, installation and local training of community based renewable energy systems in some of the most challenging of environments.

Drawing on the company’s success in tenders won internationally, Smart Energy is one of the few companies in this country with design and installation experience in large off grid projects up to 100 kW of wind and solar PV. Smart Energy works only with high quality components and this sits well with our philosophy of customer service and trouble free installations.
